painting with dinosaur feet

Painting and exploring colour with anything else other than a paint brush can create a new and exciting experience for your little monsters! We were exploring dinosaurs and thought it would be fun for the kids to make dinosaur foot prints. The messier the better, so we put paint out in a big tray, so they can do some colour mixing as well and added some crazy foam (know one knows why, but the kids loved it!) The kids had fun stamping away and exploring all the different prints each dinosaur made.
Learning to create and appreciate visual aesthetics may be more important than ever to the development of the next generation of children as they grow up. (PBS)
After we were done some of them wanted to wash their dinosaur, so we put some water in a builder’s tray and let them help clean up the mess!
