Make Your Own X Ray Machine

We set up an x-ray machine for the little monsters to role play with in our Doctor's Office.
We made real x-rays by tracing the kid’s hands, arms, feet and legs onto black card- cut it out, put white tissue paper where the arm/leg used to be and laminate it!
For the x-ray machine we just used a cardboard box, painted it black and cut 1/2 circles at the bottom so the kids could put their arms/legs or the babies though it!
This was a great hands on role play experience for our little monsters to explore what's inside their bodies! It was also a great way to introduce them to new vocabulary and get them to practice their communication and social skills!

Doctors & Nurses Role Play lends it's self to loads of fun and imaginative play activities for your little monster to explore and act out real world emotions, thoughts and feelings! It's a great way for your child to learn and explore the human body- inside and out!

Getting a laminator is a must (we think) - They're affordable and come in hand for loads of indoor and outdoor projects!
