DIY - Matching Reindeer Legs - Free Printable

We adapted our Matching Cat Legs game and made some reindeers for Christmas!

What you need:
Marc's FREE Reindeer Printable
Wooden Pegs
Paint (Brown)
White-Out (Tippex) Pen
Makers or Coloured Penciels

What we did:
Our little monsters painted the pegs brown and we used the White-Out (Tippex) Pen to draw the patterns on the pegs. An adult coloured in the reindeers you see, but let your little monster join in the colouring fun! We Laminated the reindeers and showed the kids the reindeers with the matching pegs already on them. We then took them off and let our little monsters explore.

The goal of the game is to give the reindeer their legs, by matching the patterns on the pegs. This is a great problem solving activity for toddlers and pre-schoolers, while allowing them to practice their small gross motor skills. Some of our little monsters started to role play with the reindeers, which added another great playing element to these DIY reindeers!
